Guilty love

We move through life one person at a time,
In the moments we share,
We enjoy each other,
We learn to accept,
We discover compromise,
We lose a bit of affection,
respect,
patience,
Everyday.
Dislike turns to hate,
And hate leads to the End.
But in between it all we loved.
Life turns, better prospects are presented,
And in the maelstrom of uncertainty we find a new soul.
Adaption is difficult.
Memories haunt.
A past love becomes a lingering guilt.
It feels like it should be wrong.
But it isn't.
The love should be remembered,
Cherished,
It was the only good thing taken from a time ended.

Capetonification

Meet Tony Conrad. Writer. (He thinks so) Capetonian. In a city of morally-challenged assholes, he just might be the biggest one. At least that's what his lady says. He's trying to change that. And failing... All Material is owned by the writer thereof, Tony Conrad Copyright © 2013
