Talking to the Mirror

You're pasty and white and nobody likes you.
You wear too much black
you drink too much
wine
whisky
beer
you partake in drugs
that fuck you up
a fallen man
a piece of shit
a liar
a cheat
a hypocrite

you've lost all respect for yourself
and those around you
once you were liked
now you are tolerated
you are
crass
and vulgar
despicable
offensive

you've let the curtain drop
and now you're out in the open
people see you
they see a bastard

you say what you want
with no thought of consequence
you claim to speak the truth
but all your words do is hurt

you say you love all women
but you just lust after them
you want to stick your angry little cock into everything that moves
does that make you cool?
does that make you desirable?
does that make you popular?

you have no pride in your life
you say you are a monster now
but you've chosen this
you refuse to become better
and that's another choice

you act the victim
but you are your own worst enemy
you're destroying yourself
and taking the world you know with you

Capetonification

Meet Tony Conrad. Writer. (He thinks so) Capetonian. In a city of morally-challenged assholes, he just might be the biggest one. At least that's what his lady says. He's trying to change that. And failing... All Material is owned by the writer thereof, Tony Conrad Copyright © 2013
